Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies and market shifts
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion a culture of innovation by embedding foresight methodologies into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep technical understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Experience with foresight tools like STEEP analysis, Delphi method, and backcasting
