Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory changes, and demographic shifts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives using proprietary AI modeling tools
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future consumer needs
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Partner with quantum computing teams to identify next-gen commercial applications
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented product development
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, biotech disruption, or climate tech
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology adoption strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
