- Produce executive-grade foresight reports synthesifying geopolitical, technological, and consumer trend intersections
- Champion innovation culture through mentorship and future-skills development programs
- Represent company at global futurist forums, maintaining thought leadership positioning
- Design early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven portfolio of trend analysis and scenario-planning frameworks deployed in Fortune 500 settings
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Fluency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, TrendWatching, Gartner)
