Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Advise stakeholders on strategic positioning in anticipation of market inflection points
- Produce thought leadership content and visionary frameworks for industry conferences

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their applications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives and thought leadership
