Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with market trends and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify high-impact opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping
