Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with global megatrends
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Design and pilot future-of-work models for distributed global teams
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to market validation
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurism leadership
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
