Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to cultivate futuristic thinking and prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and boards with data-backed scenarios
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify innovation ROI through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and disruption analysis

- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
