You'll leverage foresight methodologies, data analytics, and design thinking to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies that position us as market pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
- Author foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor innovation teams in applying future-thinking methodologies to product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend-mapping methodologies certification
- Experience developing innovation strategies for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- Deep understanding of sustainability transitions and circular economy models
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
