Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and market shifts
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies for commercialization
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Author foresight reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in innovation/futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating complex strategic problem-solving
