Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizational operations and offerings
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation pathways
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with innovation labs, research institutions, and disruptors
- Mentor R&D teams in integrating foresight methodologies into product development cycles
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and systemic impact analysis
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects
