Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological and societal shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and bio-digital integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and post-scarcity economics
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on long-term research initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Present visionary frameworks at Davos and TED-style conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or similar journals
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend mapping
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on Fortune 500 innovation pipelines
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycles, or custom AI models
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
