Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop adaptive innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynotes at global industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies and strategic foresight
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through data-driven forecasting models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published work in foresight journals or recognized industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
