Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate innovation into enterprise ecosystems
- Facilitate executive workshops translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database with predictive modeling capabilities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Present findings to C-suite executives and Board members with compelling visual narratives
- Author thought leadership publications positioning the organization as a future-focused industry authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
