Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author foresight reports and thought leadership content for C-suite audiences
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align organizations on future-ready strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and innovation pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario planning tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures narratives
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, backcasting)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
