Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints using design thinking and speculative design methodologies
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading publications
- Mentor junior strategists and collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong command of AI/ML, biotech, and quantum computing applications
- Exceptional presentation skills with portfolio of published foresight work
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) or design thinking methodologies
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in global markets
