- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation frameworks and future readiness
- Author whitepapers on emerging technologies and societal impacts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published work in futurism or technology innovation preferred
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
