Responsibilities
- Develop and publish comprehensive foresight reports analyzing technological, economic, and societal trends through 2030
- Design strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives to navigate disruptive innovations in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Establish and maintain a global network of industry experts, researchers, and thought leaders
- Drive innovation pipeline development for emerging markets and next-gen consumer experiences
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through published research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for global enterprises
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex scenarios into compelling executive narratives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies including Delphi studies, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published author in futures research or innovation strategy (required)
