Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for exponential change and black swan events
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership reports and executive briefings with actionable recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, trend mapping)
