Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and societal shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial roadmaps
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to track strategic initiatives' impact
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend extrapolation
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive change in matrix organizations
