Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Advise on organizational adaptation strategies for technological singularity preparation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
