Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, decentralized systems) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry shifts and competitive threats
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and venture ecosystems
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or biotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, CFT) or related advanced degree
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovation frameworks
- Strong proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
