Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global markets
- Design strategic frameworks for clients adopting next-gen automation and human-AI collaboration
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, systems thinking, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling mastery
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (e.g., TEDx, Harvard Business Review)
