Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Deliver executive briefings on future scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks
- Build and maintain a global network of innovation leaders and academic pioneers
- Lead the creation of our annual 'Future State' industry forecast publication
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
