Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation portfolios
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Adv executive leadership on disruptive threats and opportunities in the 5-year horizon
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Design and lead corporate foresight programs integrating AI-driven analytics and human intuition
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic innovations
- Passion for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR) and their societal implications
