- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen products and services in partnership with engineering teams
- Present compelling futurescapes to stakeholders to drive adoption and investment decisions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and disruptors to accelerate innovation cycles
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency with innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating futures-thinking projects or published industry foresight work
