- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to map future scenarios (2026-2035)
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-ready mindsets within organizations
- Author high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future needs
- Establish KPI frameworks to track innovation maturity and future readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
