- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster 'future-back' thinking across engineering, design, and marketing
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefs that drive R&D priorities
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Champion ethical implications of emerging technologies in product development
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven narrative development
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-back projects or trend analysis
- Experience facilitating executive workshops on strategic transformation
- Deep understanding of sociotechnical systems and human-centered design
