Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire emerging startups
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published author on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals or books)
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech
- Experience building ethical AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives with measurable impact
