- Develop multi-generational innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and disruption thresholds
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients to navigate uncertainty and identify first-mover advantages
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex foresight into executive-ready strategies with measurable KPIs
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms and industry disruption
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, foresight consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
