Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market shifts and opportunities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their industry applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
