Responsibilities
- Lead foresight research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and implement innovation strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development and business planning
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of external experts, thought leaders, and innovation partners
- Monitor and analyze technological, social, and economic shifts that could impact the company
- Design and facilitate workshops and sessions to foster a culture of innovation and future thinking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Technology, Social Sciences); Master's or PhD preferred
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, or a related role with a focus on future trends
- Demonstrated expertise in foresight methodologies, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future scenarios compellingly
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects
- Passion for emerging technologies and a deep curiosity about the future
