Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging tech/socioeconomic trends through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Design innovation roadmaps for clients navigating 2026's disruptive landscape
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategies
- Develop proprietary frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Measure and communicate ROI of futuristic initiatives through KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-focused projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
