Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in emerging AI technologies relevant to 2026+ applications
- Develop and prototype advanced ML models including deep learning and generative AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products
- Analyze future AI trends and publish research in top-tier conferences/journals
- Contribute to strategic AI vision including ethical frameworks and societal impact
- Mentor junior researchers while fostering innovation and continuous learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven research track record with publications at NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch/JAX frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to critically assess AI's future trajectory
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing
