As the architect of our long-term technological roadmap, you will identify emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy tech, translating them into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Project 2026, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to forecast future market disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate futuristic tech solutions into current product lines.
- Lead the R&D incubation team, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Identify and mitigate technological risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, R&D, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading long-term (5+ year) strategic planning initiatives.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear strategies.
