In this role, you will lead high-level initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Sustainable Tech, and Quantum Readiness. You will serve as the bridge between our engineering teams and executive leadership, ensuring we are not just preparing for the future, but actively shaping it.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Blockchain, and Sustainable Computing.
- Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable strategic roadmaps.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to drive digital transformation strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure ethical and scalable implementation.
- Oversee strategic partnerships with tech innovators and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology-driven products or initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
