Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a long-term technology strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, trends, and innovations that will shape the future of the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future-focused technologies into current and upcoming projects.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including potential risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners and thought leaders.
- Develop and manage a roadmap for technology adoption and innovation over the next 3-5 years.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, or a related field, with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis.
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.) and their potential impact.
