Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead strategic initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate-tech convergence
- Drive R&D partnerships with global academia and emerging tech startups
- Present technology foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption horizons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products with >$100M impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry forums
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across 10+ countries
