Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into product roadmaps
- Lead strategic workshops with stakeholders to align on technology adoption priorities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology deployment landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record forecasting technology trends with 3+ year accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Experience building cross-functional innovation ecosystems
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
