Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry projections

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-tech initiatives
- Collaborate with government bodies on tech policy frameworks
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic and industrial research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Track record of launching disruptive products with global impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
