As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research pioneers, and disruptive startups to architect future-ready business ecosystems. You'll influence multi-billion dollar decisions through data-driven scenario planning and trend synthesis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision implementation
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports with predictive insights and opportunity frameworks
- Curate an innovation ecosystem by scouting disruptive startups and emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic foresight initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling frameworks
- Published thought leader in futurism with 50+ speaking engagements or publications
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
