Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present future-vision scenarios to investors, board members, and strategic partners
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for future-tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech leadership
- Proven experience with AI, quantum computing, or exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published future-tech strategies or thought leadership
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent project management methodology
- Experience with global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, APAC preferred)
