Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including neural interfaces, biocomputing, and decentralized systems
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify opportunities and risks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental research
- Manage technology partnerships with leading academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biocomputing
- Proven track record of commercializing experimental technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks and ethical frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
