- Lead innovation sprints exploring quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging tech assessments for executive briefings
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and ethical tech implementation
- Represent company at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5-year roadmap delivery
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level stakeholder management across Fortune 500 organizations
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (MIT Tech Review, Wired, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Certification in Technology Foresight (APF or equivalent)
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on 3+ industry-transforming initiatives
