- Design scalable innovation frameworks for R&D pipeline acceleration
- Develop KPI-driven roadmaps aligning technology investments with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem cultivation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven experience in emerging tech adoption frameworks and innovation lifecycle management
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum computing applications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented products/services
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Innovation, or related field
