- Develop and execute comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services with 5-year market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate technology adoption
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor geopolitical trends and ethical implications to ensure responsible innovation practices
- Build and maintain a technology radar system tracking breakthrough developments across 15+ emerging domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy development with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced R&D environments
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
