Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps prioritizing emerging innovations (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT into core business processes
- Conduct market research to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to incubate pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and board stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams in adopting future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, etc.)
- Deep expertise in digital transformation frameworks and agile methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certifications in AI ethics, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), or emerging tech
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystems
