Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology initiatives, including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruption potential to inform R&D priorities
- Develop implementation roadmaps for experimental technologies with measurable ROI
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with global research partners
- Author thought leadership content on technology evolution and industry disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record in translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Strong presentation skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
