Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technology forecasting and scenario planning for 2026-2030
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with strategic potential
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Build and manage an internal innovation lab for prototyping future solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with technology valuation frameworks
