Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to investors and executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or clean tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy preferred)
