- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology maturity

- Drive cultural adoption of future-focused mindsets across technical teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record scaling enterprise tech for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strategic certification from leading innovation institutes (e.g., SingularityU)
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $50M
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy implications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
